Terms of Service

1. What hypehive.fun is

The Site is an interface to a smart contract (the "Program") on the Solana blockchain. Through it, anyone can create a token, trade it on a bonding curve, and claim rewards. When a coin's curve sells out, its liquidity moves to a Raydium pool. Transactions are signed in your own wallet and executed by the Program and the Solana network, not by us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. You may not use the Site where doing so is illegal, or if you are located in, or a resident of, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions. Nor may you use it if you are on a sanctions list. We may block access from any location.

3. Your wallet, your responsibility

We never hold your private keys, seed phrase or funds. You are responsible for keeping your wallet secure and for every transaction you sign. Blockchain transactions are final: we can't reverse, cancel or refund them.

4. Coins are created by users

Anyone can launch a coin. We do not create, review, endorse or vouch for any coin, creator or project, and a coin appearing on the Site is not a recommendation. Nothing on the Site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Coins launched here are speculative and may have no value. Read the risk disclosure before trading.

5. Fees

The Program charges a launch fee when a coin is created and a fee on every buy and sell. Part of the trading fee goes to the platform treasury, and part goes to the coin's creator or holders, as described on How rewards work. Current rates are shown on the Site and enforced by the Program. Rates may change for future trades, within the limits set in the Program. Solana network fees and account rent are charged separately by the network.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Site or the Program to:

• defraud others, including rug pulls, pump-and-dump schemes or misleading claims about a coin;
• manipulate markets, for example by wash trading;
• impersonate any person, brand or project, or infringe anyone's trademarks, copyright or other rights;
• publish illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative or harassing content in coin names, images or descriptions;
• launder money, finance illegal activity or evade sanctions;
• attack, overload, or try to exploit the Site, the Program or other users.

7. Moderation

We may hide any coin, image or text from the Site at our discretion, for example for scams, impersonation or illegal content. Hiding only affects the Site. Coins exist on the Solana blockchain, and we cannot delete them or freeze anyone's tokens.

8. The Program and changes to it

The Program is currently upgradeable by the platform's admin wallet. Settings such as fees and launch-protection rules can be changed for future launches and trades. The Program has had an internal security review, not yet an independent audit. Its code is provided as is.

9. No warranty

The Site and the Program are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that they will be available, error-free, secure, or that they will keep working with wallets, RPC providers, Raydium or other third-party services.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss of funds, tokens, profits or data, or for any indirect or consequential damages. This covers your use of the Site or the Program, coins launched by others, bugs or exploits, network outages and third-party services. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the platform fees you paid in the 30 days before the claim.

11. Third-party services

The Site relies on third parties, including wallet providers, RPC providers, IPFS storage and Raydium. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for them.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after an update, you accept the new terms.
