Risk disclosure

Memecoins are extremely risky. Most go to zero. Only use money you can afford to lose completely.
Coins can lose all their value
Coins launched here usually have no underlying business, revenue or utility. Their price depends entirely on what other people will pay. Prices can fall to almost nothing within minutes, and there may be nobody left to sell to.
How the bonding curve affects your price
Every buy raises the price and every sell lowers it. Early buyers pay less than later ones, and large trades move the price a lot. The price you see can change before your transaction lands. Set your slippage carefully. Fees are charged on every buy and sell, so a quick round trip loses money even if the price doesn't move.
Creators and large holders can sell at any time
A creator or early buyer can sell their whole position at any moment, which can crash the price. Launch protection limits buys during the first seconds after launch, but it can't stop someone spreading purchases across many wallets.
Graduation to Raydium
When a coin's curve sells out, trading on hypehive.fun stops. The collected SOL and the remaining tokens move into a Raydium pool, and the pool's LP tokens are burned, so nobody can withdraw that liquidity. After that, the coin trades on Raydium and other exchanges, where hypehive.fun's fees, rewards and launch protection no longer apply.
Rewards are not guaranteed
Creator and holder rewards come from trading fees, so no trading means no rewards. Holder rewards are paid in rounds, based on balance snapshots taken by an automated bot. If the bot is down, payouts are delayed. Rewards that aren't claimed before a round ends go back into the pool for the next round.
Smart contract and technical risk
- The Program has had an internal security review, not yet an independent audit. Bugs could lead to loss of funds.
- The Program can be upgraded by the platform's admin wallet, and fees and launch rules can be changed within the limits set in the Program.
- Solana, RPC providers, wallets, IPFS and Raydium can be slow, congested or offline, which may stop you from trading when you want to.
- Transactions are final. Sending funds to the wrong address or signing a malicious transaction cannot be undone.
Scams and impersonation
Anyone can launch a coin with any name or picture, including copies of well-known brands or other coins. Always check the mint address. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and never ask you to send funds to verify your wallet.
Legal and tax
The rules for crypto assets differ by country and change often. You are responsible for following the laws where you live and for any taxes on your trades and rewards.
