How to request a refund

All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, who also handles refunds. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout.
  • Use the link in your Paddle receipt email to manage your order, or
  • Email us at support@hypehive.fun and we'll forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your Paddle receipt link or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period. The 30-day money-back guarantee above applies to your initial purchase.
